Overview:
The Rockingham Group, a well established network of venues in Sheffield were looking for a branding agency that understood hospitality as well as they do. They have 8 venues that are all unique and deliver something different, and they wanted a branding company that could bring all their values to life and showcase what it means to work for Rockingham.

The Scope:
200 Hospitality's Branding Team worked closely with all levels of The Rockingham Group, conducting interactive workshops and development days. These sessions were designed to distil the core brand DNA of The Rockingham Group and its diverse venues. The overarching objective was to give Rockingham rock solid branding tools, ensuring a unified internal branding and a consistent, company-wide message.
The Strategy:
Our primary focus was the creation of an accessible brand manual. This manual was crafted to communicate Rockingham's values, mission, and history clearly and concisely. It’s intended to serve as a foundational resource for management to conduct brand-standard training, refine the hiring process, and help with internal communications.
The Outcomes:
This project culminated in the adoption of a new logo and a refreshed brand identity for The Rockingham Group, encompassing chosen fonts, colours, and stylistic elements. As a result of the tailor-made brand manuals for some of their venues, there is now a unified understanding of shared values and a collective mission across all teams.
