Overview: Our project started with the founder of Beach House and his vision: a vibrant dining experience; a place where top-quality ingredients, live music, and remarkable hospitality meet.

The Scope:
We helped Beach House develop a Customer Journey that made magic for every guest. The strategy was to establish a steps of service that was jam-packed full of Standards, Style & Substance, key elements of outstanding Beach House hospitality.
The Strategy:
Team Retention was a project priority, we worked alongside the founder to create a benefits package that drives employee loyalty and professional development. Team training was a large part of developing a team that could deliver the high standards of Beach House.
Our branding team designed two food menus that were engineered to encourage customers to choose Beach House’s very best dishes. The menus exemplified the brand; ‘boho’, sophisticated and uniquely Beach House.
Another part of our strategy involved optimising the floorplan in Beach House. We worked with the owner, introducing a new raised seating area in the bar and developing a bar food concept that worked alongside it. This allowed Beach House to increase the dining capacity but not put undue pressure on the kitchen team.
The Outcomes:
The results from summer 2021 to summer 2022 were significant. Positive reviews for Beach House increased to 87.6% — a substantial growth of over 25%. With negative feedback reducing to 5.7%. The metrics reflect the success of the project and how much we enjoyed working with the Beach House team.
